Please Click the PortalPay Button above to get started! AutoStar PortalPay is our Premiere Payment Processing Option. We are pleased to be able to offer this state of the art system to our customers. With PortalPay, you will be able to access your account directly, view your balance and upcoming payments due, and even set up recurring and automatic payments, as well as print out any payment receipts. It is the simplest and most effective way to keep track of your account with us and ensure that it remains current and up to date! Please note that currently PortalPay only supports Internet Explorer 7 and above. For any other browsers, please use our One Time Payment System.

One Time Payment

Please Click the One Time Payment Button above to get started! Our One Time Payment system is our secondary method for our customers to make their payments online. This method requires a Debit Card, and will provide you with a verification email rather than a traditional receipt. This method is unable to store customer information, and as such, is designed to be used as a one time payment rather than a recurring system like PortalPay.

Call In a Payment

If you would like your Account Representative to run your payment for you Using our One Time System, you may call us at 602-424-0246 with the following Info: Account Number (On your Contract) First and Last name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip, Phone Number, Email Address, and Payment Information.

Mail In a Payment

If you would like to Mail your Payment in to us, Please send a MONEY ORDER made out to CSA for your Full Payment Amount a few days before your due date to our mailing address, 1225 W. Main St. Suite 101 Box 601 Mesa, AZ 85201. Please make sure that your full name and account number are on the money order. Remember: Your payment must be IN OUR OFFICE by your due date to not be considered late, not in the mail!

Drop Off a Payment

If you would like to drop off a payment to us, Please bring in a Money Order to the CSA Payment Booth at Rock Solid Auto Center, located at 733 W. Main St. Mesa, AZ 85201.
